No Returns Required

Due to the nature of consumable supplement products, we do not accept physical returns. You do not need to send anything back to receive your refund. Simply contact us and we will take care of it.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@alteanaturals.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We will respond within 1–2 business days.

Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been issued.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available on orders requested within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after 30 days of delivery are not eligible for a refund. Only original purchases are eligible — refunds do not apply to replacement orders.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at support@alteanaturals.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please check with your bank first. If the issue persists, contact us at support@alteanaturals.com and we will investigate immediately.
