Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders — the free shipping threshold will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, local postal service, customs processing, and carrier conditions.

International Orders

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland. All orders are fulfilled in USD. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country's customs authority are the responsibility of the customer. Altea Naturals is not responsible for customs delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation email is sent. Tracking availability may vary by destination country.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Altea Naturals is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local postal service first. If the issue persists contact us at support@alteanaturals.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Altea Naturals is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order contact us at support@alteanaturals.com and we will attempt to correct it before the order ships.

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed contact us at support@alteanaturals.com and we will investigate on your behalf.
